He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Grady and Louise O'Grady; and his siblings, James, Kathleen and Andrew.
He is survived by: his brothers, Michael O'Grady (Johanne) of Montreal and Kevin O'Grady (Carm) of Taber; and his siblings-in-law, Teresa Pacelli and Kevin Struble. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
