She was predeceased by: her parents, Masuzo Okahashi and Kikue Okano; and her siblings, George, Charlie, Nancy Leong, Merry Sameshima and Reiko Takeyasu.
She is survived by: her children, Robert (Sharon Whatley) of Edmonton, Kathryn of Lethbridge, Geary (Cam) of Port Charlotte, Florida, Maureen (John Martini) of Osoyoos, B. C. and Linda (Bob Skelly) of Calgary; her sister June Tajiri; and her sister-in-law Rose. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
