He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ross and Marilyn Olsen. He is survived by: his parents, Nancy Soudi (Joel) and Scott Walker; his siblings, Zachary Olsen (Abigail), Presten Walker and Georgia Olsen; his uncle Neil (Monique); and his cousins, Adam, Jennekah and Jillian.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tait's memory to the Lethbridge Minor Hockey Association, 300 Britannia Blvd W, Lethbridge, AB T1J 5L4.
