He was predeceased by: his grandfather Steve Kambeitz. He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Kambeitz and Ann Kambeitz; his sister Amie Rook (Matt); his nieces and nephews, Brody Rook, Hailey Rook and Presley Rook; his grandmothers, Talita Andrejcsik and Jennie Kambeitz; Kinzlie, Ryker, Ainsley and McKenna. He is also survived by numerous uncles and aunts, cousins and cherished friends.
