It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Toews (Linden, Alberta), who passed away on January 20, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Fred Toews to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, C. C. Toews and Anna Toews; his brother Henry; his siblings-in-law, Clara, Bill, Jack, Lloyd and Teenie; and his great grandchild Grace.
He is survived by: his spouse Anne Falk; his children, Gwen, Ron (Ann), Phyllis, Lynnette (Bernie) and Ken; and his siblings, Irma Klassen (Jake), Gladys Isaac, Wes (Marg), Ruth Ratzlaff, Allen (Marg), Eleanor Dueck and Jerry (Lorraine). He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
Memorial donations can be made in Fred's memory to the Mennonite Central Committee.
