He is survived by : his mother Phyllis Fast of Mesa, WA; his wife Josephine Cristobal (Joy); and his siblings, Valerie (Lon Giesbrecht) of Mesa, WA, Frances (Jeff Parker) of Mesa, WA, Lana Koepl of Mesa, WA, Rich Fast of Mesa, WA and Virginia (John Cosby). He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
