She was predeceased by : her parents, Egbert Alfred and Hildegard Grover; her son Dakin Jolyon Turton; and her brother David Grover. She is survived by : her husband Lyle Reginald Turton; her daughters, Holly-Ann Turton and Meika-Ann Southgate; and her grandsons, Duncan and Everett Southgate.

The family requests that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
