He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Bauer and Katherine Bauer. He is survived by: his significant other Peggy; his daughter Connie (Hugh); his grandchild Carlie (James); his sons, Ian and Jim (Barb); his grandchild Carmen (Rob); his children, Peyton, Paige, Brooke (Roy), Joshua and Jacob (Alexandria); and his siblings-in-law, Donna and Ken. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Linden Mennonite Brethren Church (101 1st Ave N, Linden, AB T0M1J0).
