It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Jack (Lloydminster, Alberta), who passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Jack; his parents, Alfred Jack and Margaret Jack; his parents-in-law, Elmer and Kathleen Lang; his siblings-in-law, Audrey, Ralph Cooper, Ernest Lang and Richard Smith; and his nephews, Glen Cooper and Barry Cooper.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Jack (Lisa), Lenard Jack (Donalda) and Heather Ferguson (Rob); his grandchildren, Kyle Jack (Amanda), Cody Steiner (Megan), Brady Jack (Kendra), Ryley Jack, Brett Ferguson (Haley), Hailey Nicholls (Nolan) and Sara Wiser (Will); his great grandchildren, Lauchlyn, Hadleigh Jack, Easton, Cash, Sully, Frankie Steiner, Bruer, Lexxyn Jack and Kensie Kate Ferguson; his niece Dorothy Cooper; and his close friend Elaine Barthel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the McCaw Funeral Chapel (5101 50 St, Lloydminster, AB T9V0M2).
Donations in memory of David may be made to STARS or Kitscoty Cemetery.
