It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erna Oestreicher in Lloydminster, Alberta, who passed away on January 23, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Oestreicher; her son Raymond; her parents, Dan Otto and Frieda Otto; her parents-in-law, Adolph and Johanna Oestreicher; and her brothers-in-law, Cletus, Adolf and Larry.
She is survived by: her children, Dale, Brian (Kerry), Marilee, Lenny, Michael (Cindy) and Tim (Pilar); her grandchildren, Dana, Justin (Kate), Kalynn (Jeff), Lacey (Brenden), Cindy (Cory), Ryan (Chantelle), Brent, Mike, Matthew, Michaela (George), Morgan, Jarvis, Ethan and Jeremy; her great grandchildren, Caroline, Olivia, Piper, Hunter, Lyndee, Jaxon, Madi, Kinsley, Ryden, Joah, Cody, Lydia, Scarlett, James, Bella and Ryann; her cousin Ella Born; and her sisters-in-law, Mary, Sharon, Margaret and Dorothy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
