She was predeceased by: her husband Lennart; her parents, Cliff Newsted and Verna Newsted; and her parents-in-law, Anton and Agnes Lundquist.

She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Lundquist (Deb) and Lois Sonnega (Gord Redden); her grandchildren, Ryan (Tricia), Benson, Kynlee Lundquist and Cory (Kristi); her great grandchildren, Connor, Brayleigh Lundquist, Kristin (Ryan), Carter, Cali Gillen and Kimberly Sonnega (Michael Gomes); and her sisters, Pat Bullock (Bob) and Jacquie Schmitt (Frank). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
