He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Welin and Helen Welin. He is survived by: his sons, Jon Jason and Kim Regan (Felicia); his wife Susan Robina Fraser; his grandchildren, Caighleigh, Allyson, Ashlie, Rhaya, Jax and Wren; his great grandchild Kris (Brandi); Sutton and Skyla.
