He is survived by: his wife Arlene Lewis; his children, Amanda Lameman (Dallas), Sharon Lewis, Shannon Lewis, Kristen Lewis, Reinetta Morningchild (Calvin), Cindy Carter, Quinton Stick (Karen) and Phillip Chief (Maranda); his siblings, Ronnie Lewis (Betty), Don Lewis, Rema Pahtayken (Walter), Lydia Stanley (Kerry), Doris Carter (Ray) and Ruby Thomas (Lawrence); his sister-in-law Matilda Lewis; and his grandchildren, Tyrin, Kenry, Shayden, Brayden, Tayzden, Larron, Ethen, Avery, Shayleen, Shalana, Tylee, Tylynn, Arryn, Tanisha, Jordyn, Leairra Luvuya, Zoey, Acelynn, Kaley and Cameron. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family.
