He is survived by: his parents, Tricia Cook and Merle Wolfe.

A wake was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kokum Leona's House. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
