He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Allen and Rhoda Allen; his daughter-in-law Mavis Allen; and his parents-in-law, Frank and Alice Frost.

He is survived by : his wife Violet Allen; his children, Reginald Allen (Janice), Kevin Allen (Judy), Brenda Ryall (Clayton) and Janet Allen; his grandchildren, Mathew Ryall (Nicole), Eugene Allen (Melanie), Dustin Allen (Shari), Jeff Allen (Jennifer), Brittany Pollard (Liam), Sheena Brown (Devon), Brad Allen (Jamie), Hanna Carli, Trew Carli and Trey Carli; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Ema, Elayna, Desiree, Ilah, Kaleb, Aubrey, Drey, Daxon, Sajie, Sophia, Charlie, Ella, Abbie and Bostyn; and his great great grandchild Beau. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jack may be made to Dr. Cooke Extended Care Centre.
