He was predeceased by: his significant other Mary; his daughter Lori; his siblings, Mary Irene and Dr. Douglas Mallett; and his parents, Carl Mallett and Josephine Mallett.
He is survived by: his sons, Rick (Christine), Mark (Lea) and David; his siblings, Patricia Foisy (Rene), Jim (Carla) and Dennis (Joyce); and his grandchildren, Tianna, Denise, Nicole, Greg, Levi, Ryan, Kevin, Bradley, Jonah, Ricky and Julia. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
A Mass will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church (2704 56 Ave, Lloydminster, AB T9V0M2). A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at the Lloydminster Cemetery.
