He is survived by: his siblings, Rosemarie Schlekewy, Joanne Schlekewy (Ron Harris), Maddy Smith, Dorothy Schlekewy, Shirley Passmore, Gerry Giesbrecht (Herb) and John Schlekewy (Joanne Bielecki); his brother-in-law Clinton Gory; and his nieces and nephews, Chad Smith, Corine Smith White (Darren), Lawson, Frankie, Dean Schlekewy (Jill), Mira, Kaz, Kelsi Fairley (Hayden), Jodi Sweird (Jordan), Jenna, Raya Flottemesch (Justin), Violet, Jasmine, Calla Soberanis (Angel), Ansel and Alana Giesbrecht.
