With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kayo Thor (Lloydminster, Alberta), who passed away on April 18, 2026 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Thor and Fern Thor; his parents-in-law, Vern and Norma Pope; his brother-in-law Leroy Nelson; and his brother Peter Thor.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Sherry Tupper (Art) and Allen (Michelle); his grandchildren, Joni Graus (Aaron), Logan Thor, Shayna Tupper, Marshel Tupper (Mykaela), Trevor Thor (Bailey) and Gage Tupper; his great grandchildren, Amelia Graus and Stetson Thor; and his sisters, Karen Syvenky (Laurence), Elaine Nelson, Ellen Carlson (Gerald) and Donna Thor-Buchanan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
