He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Bert" Napper and Marion "Mern" Napper; his brother Brian; his sister-in-law Maureen Napper; his parents-in-law, Mervyn "Pete" and May McConnell; and his brother-in-law Francis Tucker.

He is survived by: his wife Lois Napper; his daughters, Trina Peters (Trevor) and Danielle Napper; his grandchildren, Tegan Peters and Gemma Napper; his siblings, Darryl Napper (Pat) and JoAnne Olsen (Lyle); and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Tucker and Barry McConnell (Janice). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
