She was predeceased by: her husband Nicolas Helewka; her parents, Dmytro Kostiuk and Mary Kostiuk; and her siblings, Fred, Orest, John, Joe Kostiuk and Jenny Bilay.
She is survived by: her sons, Al Helewka (Anna), Steve Helewka (Elaine), Victor Helewka and Dave Helewka (Alison); and her grandchildren, Robert, Richard, Kari, Jordan and Adam. She is also survived by her great grandchildren.
