He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas and Jeanne; his sister Arlene Kuzyk; and his nephew Aaron Kuzyk. He is survived by: his daughter Taylyr Yakimovich; and his siblings, Barbara Bruggencate (Curt), Debra Schneider, Cathryn Kuzyk (Cliff Swanlund), Estelle Kuzyk (Ken), Gloria Klapstein (Kevin) and John Kuzyk. He is also survived by nieces, nephews & cousins.
Memorial donations are encouraged by the family and may be made in Jim's name to the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
