He was predeceased by : his wife Catherine "Kay" Ringland; his parents, John Ringland and Velma Ringland; his siblings, Bill Ringland, Bob Ringland and Phyllis Kobsar; his grandchildren, Shauna, Brett and Melissa Findlay; his parents-in-law, Donald and Josie MacIntyre; and his siblings-in-law, Donald, John, Allan MacIntyre, Anne Ringland, Margaret Evenson and Elizabeth MacIntyre.
He is survived by : his sister Iris Fournier; his children, Arlene Forbes (Gary), Karen Frank (Darcy), Sandra Findlay (Neil), Gerald Ringland (Deb) and Janet Ringland; and his grandchildren, Mark (Brenda), Kirk, Scott (Summer), Jolene, Matthew (Amanda), Jessica (Logan), Shara-Lynne (Hugh), Carmen (Cory), Jarrett (Erin), Kirby, Tanner, Kassy (Jesse) and Evan. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM.
