He is survived by: his wife Amanda Kuziak; his children, Danya and Joel; his mother Beverly Kuziak; his sister Rema McKenzie (Dan); his nieces and nephews, Kim (Jordan), Jill (Travis) and Alex (Shanoha); his brother Mark Kuziak (Joan); his nieces and nephews, Catie, Mike (Amy) and Matthew; his sister Lynda Campbell (Bob); his nibling Brynn; his parents-in-law, Larry and Darlene Brown; his brother-in-law Brent Brown (Carmen); his nieces and nephews, Josh (Jennifer), Gavin and Gabby; his siblings-in-law, Craig Brown and Bonnie Brown; and his nieces, Janelle (Graham), Emma (Jordan) and Paige. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Grace United Church (4708 50 Ave, Lloydminster, AB T9V0M2).
