Rita Baert Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Rita Baert in Lloydminster, Alberta. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Archie; her parents, Albert and Julienne; her children, Gerry, Frank, Ron and Brenda; her daughter-in-law Sheila; and her siblings, Henri, Leon, Loretta "Pearl" and Isabelle.
She is survived by: her son Moe; her children-in-law, Wyn, Jeannette and John; her grandchildren, Ken (Noelia), Doug (Kristy), Mark (Lyn), Tyler, Owen and Chase (Dana); and her stepgrandchildren, Chantelle (Ty), Shawn and Kelly (Marilyn). She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family.
A vigil service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church (2704 56 Ave, Lloydminster, AB T9V0M2). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Donations in memory of Rita may be made to St. Anthony's CWL or donor's charity of choice.
