He was predeceased by: his wife Diana Boyce; his sisters, Nellie Brown, Margaret La Voie and Edyth Mallett; and his parents, Samuel Boyce and Alma Boyce.

He is survived by: his children, Crystal Kay (David), Daniel Boyce (Nena), Sydney Boyce and Kevin Boyce; and his sister Gwen Halls (Aubrey). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
