He is survived by : his wife Betty Dekker; his stepdaughters, Amber and Meckenzie; his friend Cindy Hogan; his siblings, Dani, Leslie (Jack), Alex and Todd (Kellie); his nieces and nephews, Patricia, Joey, Kreg, Ashley, Erik and Devon; and also Blair (Jesse).

Donations in memory of Stephen may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
