She was predeceased by: her husband Laurence George; her children, Laura Pierce and Calvin George; her brother Robert "Bob" (Isabelle); her brothers-in-law, Vernon Nasby, Charlie George, Allen George (Myrna) and Gordon Hall (Lee); her parents, Walter Spenst and Blanche Spenst; and her parents-in-law, Charlie and Christine George.

She is survived by: her daughter Sheila McKee (Lyle); her granddaughter Carmela McNinch (Mike); her great grandchildren, Ryland, Kiana and Beckett; her grandsons, Clinton (Kelly) and Craig (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Carter, Aria and Kate; her child Blaire Taves (Trevor); her grandchildren, Sadie and Tori; her son Doug Bannerman (Danielle); her grandchildren, Jared, Reid and Jace; her son-in-law Dave Pierce; her grandchild-in-law Brieanna Clark (Greg); her sister Loretta Nasby; her sisters-in-law, Ruby George, Donna Hall and Bertha Otteson (Ted); Brock (Jonah), Inga, Roy, Jack, Mavie, Jayden, Ty, Thomas, Kadena Chambers (Mark), Brennan, Stryker, Kerrie and Kaelin.
