He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Malmberg and Patricia Malmberg; his brother Gary; and his nephews, Dick and Jeff.
He is survived by: his children, Renai Thompson (Buck), Lindsey Malmberg (Kevin), Sheldon Malmberg (Cailyn) and Jamie Malmberg; his grandchildren, Courtney (Anthony), Dalton, Brodey, Kolby, Clay, Curtiss, Hadley, Roan, Jayden and Skylar; his niece Jodie Walker; and his sister-in-law Carole Malmberg. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
