He was predeceased by : his father Dr. George Self; and his brother Gordon Self. He is survived by : his siblings, Kathi Langston (Patrick) of Ottawa, Christina Fiege (Norman) of Victoria and Patricia Laliberte of Ottawa. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
