He was predeceased by: his parents, William Konieczny and Sophie Konieczny; and his siblings, Mary Kolodziejzyk (Frank), Ted Katzmarzyk, Paul Katzmarzyk (Joyce), Gertrude Hancock (Gilbert), Martha Langenhahn (Ewald), Stanley Konieczny, Victor Konieczny (Rose), Kathleen Rochon (Reyal) and Stephen Konieczny.

He is survived by: his wife Lillian Konieczny; his children, Renee Tuleck (Allen) and Kelly Konieczny (Sylvia Dary); his grandchildren, Odene Tuleck, Dixi Fritz (Noah) and Dellaney Konieczny (Travis Klym); and his great grandchildren, Lily and Fredrik Fritz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, & friends.
