It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lavilla Fern Johannson (Markerville, Alberta), born in Eckville, Alberta, who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Fred; her parents, James Carlyle and Dora Carlyle; and her daughter Kluane Johannson. She is survived by: her children, Heith Johannson (Sandra) of Lacombe and Bette Ferguson (Leroy) of Sylvan Lake; her grandchildren, Krysta Goodkey (Darren) of Forestburg, Shayla Johannson (Jon Barry) of Sundre, Taylor Ferguson (Jace Martin) of Sylvan Lake and Christopher Ferguson of Sylvan Lake; her great grandchildren, Maddi, Brady Barry, Karson and Danika Goodkey; and her brother Larry Carlyle (Monique) of Whitehorse. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and a large circle of great friends.
