We announce the death of Lillian Hushagen (Mayerthorpe, Alberta), who passed away on July 10, 2026, at the age of 71. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Orley Bunning and Dorothy Helen Bunning (Card); and her siblings, George Bunning, Robert Bunning, Harry Bunning, Jack Bunning, Edward Bunning, June Phillips (Bunning), Evelyn Fewchuck (Bunning), Earnest "Ernie" Bunning and Maryanne Bunning.

She is survived by: her husband Kenneth "Ken" Hushagen; her children, Jo-Anne Miner (Bill), Raymond Hushagen (Jhennifer) and Reid Hushagen; her grandchildren, Rebecca Mattson (Denym), Hope Charlesworth (Jacob), Jaeden Hushagen and Raeden "RJ" Hushagen; her great grandchildren, Luna Charlesworth, Aelia Charlesworth and Novah Mattson; and her siblings, Walter Bunning (Ellen), Jean Girard (Bunning) and Tom Bunning (Diane).

In memory of Lillian the family requests donations be made to the Mayerthorpe General Hospital Auxiliary Association.
