He was predeceased by : his wife Edna; his children, Jim and Dianne; his sons-in-law, Ken and Bill; his parents, Lionel and Annie; his sister Gertrude; and his sister-in-law Betty.
He is survived by : his daughters, Joanne Soroka (Dan) of Mayerthorpe and Linda Adam of Calgary; his son-in-law Tali Hughes of Stony Plain; his grandchildren, Chris Soroka (Pam), Jennifer VanKleek (Brent), Tali Hughes (Kim), Tricia Mott (Wally), Treena McMahon (Gradey), Angela Martineau (Wade) and Katherine Adam (Taylor Thiessen); his brothers, Bruce (Bonnie) and Ron (Judy); and his close friend Bannister of Alberta.
