He was predeceased by: his wife Emily; his parents, Johannes and Emilie; and his sisters, Helga and Gerda.
He is survived by: his children, Joy and Eric (Tracy); his grandchildren, Jessica of Sherwood Park, AB, Joel (Melissa) of Kamloops, BC and Maia of Mayerthorpe, AB; his great grandchild Peyton of Sherwood Park, AB; and his siblings, Jens Peter and Ragna. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
