It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Art Ausmus (Medicine Hat, Alberta), who passed away on September 11, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustav Ausmus and Justina Ausmus; his parents-in-law, John and Martha Ginther; and his siblings, Hertha Mertin (Fred), Ida Holstein (Sam), Linda Brehm (Anton), Herbert (Adela) and Reinhold.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine Ausmus of Medicine Hat; his children, Larry (Rita), Randy (Marion) and Pam Ristau (Derwin); his grandchildren, Clint (Nicole), Brody, Shelby, Bradley (Megan), Quinn, Ashlyn, Kaden, Douglas (Michelle), Everlee, Emmett, Darcy (Ivy), Jace, Cooper, Karlee, Zane (Deandra), Brandt, DeeJay (Iza), Corbin, Sterling, Nathan (Dana) and Jacob; and his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Ausmus, Doreen Mack (Arden) and Mervin Ginther (Elaine). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
