It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Bonogofski of Medicine Hat, Alberta, who passed away on January 9, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence Kurtz and Magdalena Kurtz; her daughter Patty Bonogofski; and her son-in-law Terry Bugg. She is survived by : her husband Peter Bonogofski of Medicine Hat; her daughters, Ann Flaig (Larry) of Assiniboia and Betty Ann Bugg of Lethbridge, Alberta; her grandson Justin Bugg (Jackie) of Lethbridge; her great grandchildren, Heston, Holden and Jennifer Bugg (Jamie Arnold) of Coaldale; her sister-in-law Evelyn Kurtz; and also, Reese and Linden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Friday, January 15th 2021 at 11:30 AM at the Saamis Memorial (1 Dunmore Rd SE, Medicine Hat, AB T1A1Z5). A burial was held on Friday, January 15th 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Hillside Cemetery (1280 10 Ave SW, Medicine Hat, AB T1A). Due to current Covid-19 restrictions the service will be by invitation only.
