She was predeceased by: her husband Howard; her son Terrance; her parents, Carl Peterka and Hermina Peterka; her in-laws, Harry and Synneve Olson; her daughter-in-law Sylvia Olson; and her brother Orville Peterka.

She is survived by: her children, Randy Olson (Lisa) and Shelley Olson (Frank); her grandchildren, Shayla Farough (Jesse), Spenser Olson (Gabrielle), Sidney Olson (Janelle) and Kaitlyn Knight (Michael); her great grandchildren, Malia Farough, Maren Farough and Heston Olson; her siblings, Gordon Peterka (Madeline), Lillian Semenok and Ronald Peterka; and her sister-in-law Louella Pedersen.
