With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Anne Melenchuk (Medicine Hat, Alberta), who passed away on November 17, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Betty Anne may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Betty Anne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Mike; her daughter Heather Donaldson (Dave) of Beaumont, AB; her grandchildren, Michael, Allison, Miley and Samantha; her sons, Walter of Edmonton, AB and Leonard (Janet) of The Pas, MB; her grandsons, Morgan and Jenson; and her brothers, Tom (Nadine) and Allan (Joyce) of Flin Flon, MB. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Salvation Army Community Church (164 Stratton Way SE, Medicine Hat, AB T1B3R3).
