He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lewis and Reta Lewis; and his siblings, Ronald Lewis and Lynda Frangos (Tom). He is survived by: his wife Heather Andrews; his children, Kevin Lewis (Terrilynn), Lisa Nickel (Bernhard) and Randy Lewis (Jody); his grandchildren, Kara, Karmin, Kandice, Matthew, Michael and Amanda; and his great grandchildren, Izaiah, Sophia, Ava, Avery, Bailee, Carson, Liam and Aeden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
