With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bruce Smith in Medicine Hat, Alberta, born in Edmonton, Alberta, who passed away on April 10, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl John Henry Smith and Jacqueline Smith; his brother Gary Smith; and his son-in-law Luc Riendeau. He is survived by: his spouse Clare; his daughter Chantelle Reid (Chris); his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Pascal) and Michael (Rylie); his daughter Dannielle; his grandchildren, Lola, Lily, Dax and Lia; his son David John Smith; his daughter-in-law Travisty Smith; his children, Billy John (Megan), Liam, Morris and Gillian; his siblings, Jan Maltby (Blair) of Moncton, NB., Carol Auterson (Dave) of Courtney, BC. and Merton Smith (Sylvia) of Kensington, PEI.; and his friends, Bob and Joan Byers. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
