Clara Helen Anhelher Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clara Helen Anhelher (Medicine Hat, Alberta), who passed away on January 4, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dale; her daughter Dawn Marie; her son-in-law Roy; and her parents, Michael Mastel and Annie Mastel.

She is survived by: her children, Kathy Sutherland and William Anhelher; and her grandchildren, Percy (Roxy), Crystal, Jeremy (Christine), Marshall and Casey. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; one brother and two sisters; one brother-in-law and three sisters-in-law, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A vigil service was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Saamis Memorial (1 Dunmore Rd SE, Medicine Hat, AB T1A1Z5). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church (238 2 Ave NE, Medicine Hat, AB T1A6A1).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Clara's memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
