It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Hansen (Medicine Hat, Alberta), who passed away on September 22, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Connie Hansen to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her children, Ken (Lana) and Dianna (Peter); her sister Sandi; her grandchildren, Jesse (Julianna), Araya (Matt), Larry (Sydney), Nathaniel and Joseph; and her great grandchildren, Hudson and Mackenzie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; countless "kids" across two provinces that called her mom as well as friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, the family would be honoured if donations were made directly to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, any supportive cancer care agency, any single parents resource centre, or the BC children's Hospital - all causes and foundations which were close to her heart.
