He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Jamieson and Edna Jamieson; his brothers-in-law, Don Innes and Peter Gilroy; his father-in-law Arthur Gilroy; and his sister-in-law Anne Gilroy.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his sons, Derek and David; his stepdaughter Justine Turner (Ken); his stepgrandsons, Aidan and William; his stepdaughter Amanda Mack (Ben); his stepgrandchildren, Owen, Brody and Jordan; his siblings, Bernice Innes, Sheila Bush and Archie Jamieson (Jessie); his mother-in-law Anne Gilroy; and his brother-in-law Stephen Gilroy.
If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made in David's name to the SPCA-Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, 55 Southwest Drive S.W., Medicine Hat, AB, T1A 8E8; as he so loved the many rescue dogs he had over the years.
