He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Molloy and Elsie Mayhew; his wife Betty; and his grandchildren, Jonah Molloy and Nevaeh Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Chris, Janice, Susan, Jeff and Greg; and his sister Elizabeth Hansen. He is also survived by his 6 children and their spouses, 15 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
