He was predeceased by: his parents, David Petrie and Anne Massie. He is survived by: his friend Wayne Voyce; his wife Heather; his daughter Meredith; his son-in-law Michael Paget; his siblings-in-law, Dr. Jacqueline (Paget), Pradko and Bradley Scott (Agnes); Don and Jan Paget.
