She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Curry and Ruby Besner; her siblings, Bob Curry, Laurene Blake, Irene Hoover and Opal Felzien; and her granddaughter Kimberley Nicole Rebmann.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Filgas; her children, Lorne-Michael Filgas and Cheryl Rebmann (Lyle); her stepchildren, Greg Filgas (Kenna), Dale Filgas (Gloria), Bev Filgas and Brad Filgas (Anne); and her brother Don Curry (Ceicle). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
