He is survived by: his wife Linda Franks; his daughter Carrie Wolf (Bob) of Swift Current; his grandchildren, Jason, Samantha, Jordan, Nixon and Emmi; and his siblings, William 'Willie Franks of Maidstone, Elmer Franks of Weyburn and Dixie Young of Edmonton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
