He was predeceased by: his parents, Ken Haggart and Bernice Haggart; and his brother Jeffery Haggart. He is survived by: his aunts, Marilyn (Haggart) of Quebec, Bev and Delta; his sister Karen Lecappelain (Steve); his nieces, Amy, Lisa and Jenna; his nephew Curtis; his daughter Shannon Eastveld (Mason); his grandchildren, Tenchi, Echo and Sierra of Alberta; and his son Steven Rode of Alberta.
