He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Jacober and Julius Jacober; his former wife Penney McFall; and his brother Reuben Jacober. He is survived by: his wife Julia Bruins Jacober; his daughter Mona Cann (Mike) of Airdrie; his granddaughter Amelia Cann; his stepdaughter Candace Bashuski (Brendon); his stepgranddaughter Tabitha; his siblings, Harold Jacober and Evelyn "Tootie" Boettcher; and his sisters-in-law, Marge Jacober, Helga Matthews, Deanna Siewert and Kathy Mason. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
