It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emmy May McLaughlin (Medicine Hat, Alberta), who passed away on March 20, 2026, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Eva Kohnen; her husband John McLaughlin; and her son Michael. She is survived by: her father Fred Kohnen; her daughters, Kim (Rory) and Amanda (Tanner); her grandson Grey; and her sister Christa (Dennis). She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephew.
